Free. No card. No countdown.
Every tool on ClipMynt is free, including the AI breakdown. There's no trial period, no locked feature and no upsell screen. The only limit is a daily quota so the service stays usable for everyone.
ClipMynt is free. Signed out, you get one trial per tool. Signed in, you get 30 link parses, 20 downloads, 5 AI breakdowns, 30 AI chats and 10 translations per day, resetting at midnight Eastern Time. There is no paid plan today and nothing is held back behind one.
Daily limits
| What | Signed out | Signed in (free) |
|---|---|---|
| Link parsing | 1 try | 30 / day |
| Video / audio download | 1 try | 20 / day |
| AI breakdown | 1 try | 5 / day |
| AI follow-up chat | 1 try | 30 / day |
| Translation | 1 try | 10 / day |
Counters are independent — using a breakdown doesn't eat into your downloads. Everything resets at midnight Eastern Time (ET), which is 12:00 noon in Beijing during daylight saving and 13:00 in winter. Unused quota does not roll over.
Why the signed-out limit is one try
Anonymous traffic can't be told apart from scripts, and a free video-processing endpoint is an expensive thing to leave open. One try is enough to judge output quality. Creating an account is free and takes about fifteen seconds, which is the whole point of the gate — it's a speed bump for bots, not a paywall for people.
What happens if you hit the limit
- Wait for the reset. Midnight ET. Not a rolling 24-hour window.
- Prioritise. Run the two or three links that actually matter rather than batch-processing everything you saved.
- Ask us. If you have a legitimate high-volume use case, get in touch — the quota is a default, not a doctrine.
Will this become paid?
Possibly, and we'd rather say so than pretend otherwise. If a paid plan appears, the free tier stays: the current daily limits are the floor, not a trial that gets pulled. Existing users would be told in advance on this page and in the app, not by surprise lock-out. Anything already free stays free.
Frequently asked questions
Is there a hidden catch?
No. There's no card field, no "free for 7 days" clock, no feature that asks you to upgrade halfway through. The trade is simple: you use the tool, we keep the daily limits sane.
Do I need an account to try it?
No. Every tool gives you one run signed out. The account exists to unlock the daily quota and keep your history.
Does unused quota roll over?
No. It's a calendar day, not a balance. Midnight ET wipes the counters and reissues the full amount.
When exactly does it reset?
Midnight Eastern Time. That's 04:00 or 05:00 UTC depending on daylight saving, which is noon or 13:00 in Beijing.
Why did my quota reset in the middle of my day?
Because the reset runs on US Eastern time, not your local timezone. If you're in Asia or Europe the reset lands during your day. Check the header of the app for the current count.
Can I get more than the daily limit?
If you have a real high-volume need — research, agency work, a class — contact us and describe it. Limits exist to stop abuse, not to stop legitimate use.
All tools are provided as-is with no warranty. Daily limits may be adjusted to keep the service stable; the free tier will not be removed.
